I learned how to use logic yesterday so my logic is very messy and can be ridiculous sometimes. But it is for lazy people who don't want to build factory for every sector they conquered
Be sure your sector has these:
For mega units
Titanium ore
Copper Ore
Lead ore
Coal ore

Sand for mega and scrap for poly
Sorters only show progress and doesn't interfere the process.
You can change thresholds for item counts to make it cycle in short intervals of mining sessions or full on bulking on stocks.
Or changing priorities by changing order of "jump if" commands respectively
