Omura as a character, with blinking feature using logic. (Note : Some sorters may not respond to the logic for a few milliseconds. Also I'm bad with logic.)

Edit : This scheme is based on @Angels' schematics which basically involved unit -chans or smth, specially the logic.
Basically, I just altered the logic of the original for Omura's eyes, so maybe that is the reason why(I might want to reconstruct the same logic or something idk).
