Scraps to Copper, Graphite, Titanium (and Plastanium if you got Oil available), Metaglass, Thorium, and Phase Fabric.
It's not pretty, but it works pretty well.
I know that it's possible to make Coal from Water alone, and further produce literally everything from it, but that requires a massive schematic itself and makes an already-not-so-pretty schematic even uglier, way too ugly to my liking, so I'm going to leave that part out.
