Loosely inspired by "F-Phase-1" by Sphynx. I just made some modifications to maximize efficiency for late-game applications (requires 4 Plastanium & 20 Phase).

12/sec Thorium (just over 1 Titanium belt)
30/sec Sand (3 full Titanium belts)
1,836 power/sec (300x6 for the weavers, plus a little extra for the phase conveyors)
