Counts max output of all linked drills and prints to message block.

Counts ore tiles, determines dominat ore. Calculates drill output. will account for water or overdrive.

Needs a bound unit in range to use 'get block' command to read floor tiles. Will bind, but will not unbind. you can add this at the end for a single cycle quick check of drills.

V1 is a proof of concept.

With small tweaks could be used for Total material of linked drills for planning conveyor and factory inputs.

could be extended to alert or manage power for underperforming drills.
