A quick unit repair outpost. Supply power from at least one Turbine Condenser. You can build more Beam Nodes to serve as a battery while repairing (because power will go negative if both Electrolyzers and Repair Towers are working at once, when powered by a single Turbine Condenser).
Alternatively, you can power the outpost with a Chemical Combustion Chamber if there is Arkycite nearby - you can power the pumps with the Hydrogen output.
