The Atmospheric Concentrator runs at 400%, heated by 5 Oxidation Chambers that also produce oxide. Also free Hydrogen!
Place the Vent Condenser ontop of a Vent. If you can't, then replace it with a Reinforced liquid tank and connect it to a water source (at least 30/s).
