very annoying to get out(or get near to) of make sure you have flares avaliable to deliver titanium and thorium to it i recommend either letting all the batteries fully charge OR connecting it to an external power source OR get rid of the shields and replace them with large solar panels enjoy trapping tonnes of flares and stuff
