general purpose is to serve as a upgrade Station, upgrading unit to t1 -> t4

connect upg CoreMD Sender to upgrade Station MD
needs one flare, mono, poly or mega to get core data (unit will be unbinded after that)

- binds 6 megas to item Delivery
- set sorter config to phase-fabric, plastanium or pyratite for POD (requires 1 more flare)
- external deflagger logic is advised
- more programs on schematic message
- requires upg coreMD Sender V1.2 or above if you want more efficiency
